STRADA is a property advisory firm with a broad range of property expertise, however our core business is the acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act in New Zealand. We deal with land owned and required by local councils and Government entities and when we refer to land, this encompasses both the ground and buildings and other improvements.
"Public works" include infrastructure projects such as roads, essential services such as waste water, water supply and stormwater drainage, including all associated infrastructure such as water treatment plants, pump stations, wastewater ponds etc. Government land requirements extend to buildings and sites for essential community services and accommodation of the public sector workforce.
Crown Property
As a LINZ Accredited Supplier, STRADA carries out a range of property functions for public and private sector clients including acquisition and disposal of land under the Public Works Act 1981, land status reports clarifying unclear ownership and deal with Crown land issues for Crown entities, Local Authorities and private clients.
Assisting Local Authorities with land administration functions, including land acquisition and disposal, road stopping, land status reports, legalisation functions and general property functions.
