Our people have been working in the Public Works Act space for many years and are here to help.  Below is some feedback from just a couple of landowners we have dealt with. 
Rural zoned land with development potential acquired by negotiation under the Public Works Act 1981. Significant differences in opinion as to compensation, variances resolved and acquisition by agreement under section 17 PWA.
